Hi! My name is Lydia. I am an artist and have been painting and creating my entire life. I recently began painting in oil in the last two years and it has quickly become my new favorite medium. I'm excited to continue to learn and grow.

My work centers around my faith in my Savior Jesus Christ and in God's love for all of His children. As someone who has struggled with debilitating physical and mental health challenges, my Savior has become an integral part of my life. He has been my refuge, my peace, and my hope when there is none. I hope to share my testimony of Him through my work.

Usually concept drives my work, but sometimes I've found the meanings grow and expand as I paint. Either way, I hope that Heaven finds a way to whisper messages of hope, healing, and faith through my paintings.

I have my Associates degree in Art & Design and am finishing up my BFA in Painting and Drawing from UVU. My personal health challenges have caused my to take school slow and steady, and so I decided that rather than wait, I'd start my art business along the way!
